3. * Port of discharge
4. Pick-up location (if local transport required)
5. Delivery location (if local delivery required)
6. Whenever possible, please specify INCOTERMS 2010 for shipment
7. * Number of items and type of packaging (e.g. 2 x cardboard boxes / or 4 x wooden pallets / or 1 x 20’ open top shipping containers)
8. * Weight for each item (preferably in kilograms)
9. * Dimensions for each item (length x width x height)
10. * Description of contents
